What is your standard lead time for CNC machined parts?
Prototyping typically takes 3-7 business days. For low-volume production, expect 10-15 days depending on part complexity and material availability.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Our standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.05mm (±0.002″). Tighter tolerances down to ±0.01mm are achievable depending on the geometry and material.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Absolutely. We respect your intellectual property. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share any CAD files or proprietary designs.
What file formats do you accept for quoting?
We prefer 3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, or X_T formats. For accurate quoting with tolerances and threads, please also provide 2D PDF drawings.
